Permanent full‑time position based in Auckland. The role is hybrid: three days in the office and two days of flexible working.
The team is responsible for embedding, adopting, and leveraging customer relationship management capabilities across sales and service teams to drive exceptional customer and colleague experiences. It collaborates cross‑functionally with product, technology, risk, data and distribution teams to ensure CRM tools and processes are fit‑for‑purpose and aligned to the bank’s strategic ambition.
