Own end-to-end product development of Chatbot features, driving ideation, impact analysis, priority definition, system design, and development while overseeing post-launch performance through data analysis for continuous improvements. Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop advanced LLM solution models, predictive analytics, recommendation systems etc. to enhance chatbot effectiveness.
