Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and cross-functional Product Manager based in Singapore to take end-to-end ownership of our brand CRM systems for XXX and XXX. This role is uniquely responsible for managing two offshore/regional CRM vendors, bridging cross-border technical and business teams, and driving the continuous optimization, functional iteration, stable operation and business value enhancement of dual-brand CRM platforms. You will collaborate with global business teams, local Singapore teams and China-based technical vendors, deliver customized CRM product solutions aligned with brand business characteristics, and support customer operation, member management and brand retail business growth.
