About the Role:
We are hiring for AI Product Operations & Solutions to work at the intersection of AI, Product, Consulting, and Enterprise Solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with enterprise customers to understand business workflows and AI use cases
Design, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions and workflows
Collaborate across product, engineering, and customer teams to drive successful implementations
Conduct prompt design, AI evaluations, workflow mapping, and performance analysis
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure successful delivery of projects
Drive continuous improvement through data, experimentation, and customer feedback
