Product Manager – Customer MDM Platform (Reltio) & Customer API (Contract)



Key responsibilities



Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Customer MDM platform (Reltio) and related customer data products.

Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to define customer master use cases (e.g., customer identity, golden record, hierarchy/relationships, data quality).

Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Drive prioritization decisions using value, risk, dependencies, and feasibility; communicate tradeoffs clearly.

Enable and influence API-first customer data capabilities (defining API requirements, consumer needs, and integration patterns).
