This role is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for mobile App/Web, with direct ownership over user experience, feature delivery, and continuous product improvement across mobile and web channels.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business needs and user problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans, managing sprints, releases, and prioritisation.

Conduct ongoing market and competitor assessments (features, pricing, positioning, SLAs) to ensure products remain competitive and differentiated.

Coordinate with external vendors and solution partners, overseeing integrations and establishing supporting operational and support workflows.
