What youll be doing:

• Own the roadmap for tenant lifecycle management (provisioning deployment upgrades rollback cloning).
• Define and improve partner tooling for implementations migrations and environment access.
• Productize hosting capabilities (environment tiers SLAs observability performance options).
• Drive automation of deployment orchestration and release management.
• Partner with SRE and Engineering to improve reliability scalability and cost efficiency.
• Define KPIs (deployment lead time environment uptime MTTR hosting cost per tenant).
• Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams to reduce onboarding effort and improve time-to-go-live.
• Contribute to improvements of our tooling ecosystem (Azure Kubernetes CI/CD monitoring).
• Ensure security compliance and auditability in partner and internal tooling.
