Purpose:
Reporting to the Senior/Global Product Manager, the Product Manager assists in managing the day-to-day product lifecycle activities for a specific range of semiconductor packaging materials. This role focuses on executing tactical plans, gathering market data, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and performance in the market.
Key Tasks: Product Lifecycle Support for Semiconductor Bonding wire materials: Assist in maintaining and executing defined product roadmaps under guidance. Support the administration of PCN & PTN, including documentation and status tracking. Market & Customer Intelligence: Collect, compile, and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and competing technologies.
