Responsibilities

• Drive Product Strategy & Discovery: Define and own the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Flights team, translating market trends and customer feedback into actionable opportunities.
• Execute within the POM: Act as a daily driver of the Product Operating Model, balancing delivery of new customer‑facing features with essential technical debt remediation and platform enabler work.
• Own the Backlog: Lead prioritization, sequencing and refinement of the product backlog, partnering closely with engineering and design leads to ensure work is feasible and aligned with desired outcomes.
• Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Partner with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Marketing, and Engineering teams (Elixir, Java, Node.js) to design end‑to‑end solutions across internal platforms and third‑party supplier integrations.
