Product Manager - In-Class Experience

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision
  Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the in-class student and teacher experience across all EF Language Abroad schools. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer (student and teacher) interviews to identify pain points, opportunities, and unmet needs within the classroom. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and alignment with business goals (e.g., student satisfaction, academic progress, retention).
• Development & Execution
