Job Purpose:

To own and deliver digital product capabilities for the Digital Partnerships (Distribution, Risk-shared, co-lending, EDI, paylater) across Digital B2C and B2B by translating business needs into prioritized, high-quality, and compliant solutions that enable business growth, efficiency, and risk control.

Key Result Areas:

Backlog Ownership & Prioritization

  • Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to business outcomes and regulatory needs

    • Requirement Definition

  • Translate business needs into clear, testable, and compliant user stories

    • Delivery Enablement

  • Support teams with clarifications, decisions, and acceptance criteria

    • Stakeholder Alignment

  • Align Business, Risk, Ops, and IT on scope, priorities, and timelines

    • Adoption & Benefits

  • Drive UAT, readiness, adoption, and benefits realization
