Job Description

Qualifications
  • Banking domain experience mandatory; Retail Banking preferred (minimum 2–3 years).
  • 5–6+ years of experience working as a Product Owner.
  • Functional / Techno‑Functional role with strong product ownership responsibilities.
  • Strong SDLC and Agile understanding.
  • Hands‑on implementation experience preferred.
  • AI/Generative AI exposure required.
  • Strong ownership mindset expected; project management handled by delivery teams.
  • Certifications such as Product Owner / Scrum Master optional.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, PowerPoint, or similar tools preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Drive product vision and strategic thinking.
  • Manage end‑to‑end product ownership and delivery.
  • Understand requirements and conduct stakeholder workshops.
  • Collaborate with architects and technical teams.
  • Own Agile ceremonies and delivery outcomes.
