The Product & Solution Design role is responsible for identifying real business problems and transforming them into scalable, high-impact digital solutions. This position combines strategic consulting, product ownership, solution design, and automation thinking to help clients optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate business outcomes.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role. We are looking for a hybrid profile capable of understanding complex business contexts, leading discovery processes, and designing end‑to‑end solutions that may include digital products, automations, and AI‑powered capabilities.
Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, this role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate ambiguity into structured initiatives and actionable product strategies.
