Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and develop end-to-end user stories and workflows for payment, transfer, top-up, redemption, or purchase transactions.Set KPIs for success, such as transaction volume, conversion rates, and drop-off rates.Ensure a secure, reliable, and intuitive UX for all transactional journeys inthe app.Ensure timely delivery of transaction-related features and enhancements bycollaborating with IT, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and external partners.Own and maintain a product backlog focused on transactional initiatives.Prioritize backlog items based on business impact and user behavior insights.Break down product features into sprint-ready user stories with edge-case consideration.Represent and advocate for seamless user transaction experiences across the lifecycle.Lead product testing and validation of features related to transaction...
