About the role

SEAONICS is building a Product Management function to drive standardisation, re‑use and commercial strength across our portfolio of mission‑critical handling equipment (cranes, gangways, LARS, A‑frames, W2W systems). As Product Portfolio Manager you will lead this function and work closely with Product Line Owners, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities

• Own the portfolio framework on behalf of the CTO, including planning, resource allocation, roadmap and stage gates.
• Drive the product evolution process: prepare and facilitate decisions on when to evolve a line, when to standardise and when to break new ground.
• Collaborate with Product Line Owners and Sales to strengthen commercial discipline (margin, re‑use, win rate) and equip the sales department with price matrices and re‑use logic for productised lines.
