Job Description
Key Responsibilities Safety Incident Management - Act as the main point of contact for critical vehicle safety incidents
- Assess and triage cases, and activate appropriate response protocols
- Implement immediate containment measures to mitigate risks
Technical Analysis & Investigation - Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to diagnose faults
- Document findings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
Process & Quality Management - Develop and improve aftersales SOPs and safety processes
- Support business continuity planning for safety-related events
- Monitor repair quality and provide insights to improve service standards
Data Analysis & Reporting - Track key KPIs (e.g. First Time Fix Rate, Repair Time, Repeat Repairs)
