Job Description
- The Product Specialist will be reporting to the Senior Product Specialist.
- A Product Specialist conducts the presentation and the demonstration of all the products of the corporation. This includes training the clients and customers about the basic operation of the product.
- Product Specialist are also assigned in programming and troubleshooting of the machines.
- A Product Specialist is tasked to conduct a research and analysis of the competitors’ products.
- Part of the job of a Product Specialist is to communicate with the Principal Suppliers regarding the product updates and unresolved problems or concerns.
- Product Specialist are also tasked to evaluate defective products, and to contribute in the after sales service.
- As a Product Specialist they areassigned to support the Professional Marketing Representatives in closing the deals. As well as to work with the Service Engineers to ensure optimum machine operation.
