Position: Product Specialist

Role Focus: End-to-end ownership and management of the loyalty program

Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig

Schedule: Dayshift

Work Arrangement: Onsite, 4–5 days per week

Salary: Up to 60K (depending on experience and background)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, optimization, and continuous enhancement of the loyalty program.
• Manage the full lifecycle of loyalty initiatives, from strategy and planning through execution and performance monitoring.
• Drive customer growth, engagement, and retention across a customer base of approximately 13 million members.
