Duties & Responsibilities

This position is 60% IT/business analyst and 40% Product management.

Analyse existing Ignite solution and platform

• Engage with stakeholders to understand pressure points and concerns

Investigate best practice alternatives to redesign the products platform

• Conduct an analysis of local and international alternatives to the product's platform
• Investigate competitor platforms and technologies
• Investigate customer behaviour patterns to create a solution that addresses customer requirements effectively

Develop a project plan with deliverables to redesign the product's platform

• Allocate milestones for delivery of redesigned platform
• Apply learnings as defined in Investigation phase to source coding to address gaps
