Perform scheduled maintenance/release duties for US production.Solicits, gathers, and validates information from different sources to identify accuracy of outlet reference record.Perform daily monitoring of inbound and outbound files.Respond to related queries and email specified contactsWork on client specific projects with varying nature and business rules.Responsible for maintaining work allocations sheets containing client-required details that vary from one project to another.Escalate issues to the project lead or team lead.Perform functions as directed by the project lead/supervisor/manager.Qualifications
