You would collaborate with customers and internal and external experts to resolve incidents related to our electromechanical and keyless locking solutions, as well as associated web applications. Your responsibilities also include hosting and maintenance activities for our cloud-hosted solutions. While most shifts occur during standard Monday to Friday office hours, this role may occasionally require evening, night, and weekend shifts. We operate a hybrid work model to support you in this setup.
