Role: Product Support Engineer

Location: Tewkesbury

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + relocation assistance if required

Tech Stack: PLC, Motion controllers, C, Python, industrial machine automation

WFH policy is 15 days per calendar quarter – this is the “25% of working time”.

We are currently seeking to recruit a product support engineer. Applications are welcome from engineers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial machine automation.

Specific Job Responsibilities

• Provision of technical support to existing customers via multiple media channels
• Support and training of in-house and external applications engineers.
