- Assist in setting up and maintaining payroll parameters such as earnings codes, deduction types (401k, health insurance), and tax profiles.
- Diagnose and resolve complex payroll calculation errors, interface failures, or reporting discrepancies within the HCM (Human Capital Management) software.
- Ensure accurate processing of wage garnishments (child support, tax levies) and benefit arrears in compliance with US law.
- Maintain an up-to‑date understanding of US Federal, State, and Local payroll taxes (FLSA, FUTA, SUTA, and various state‑specific regulations).
