Product Support Specialist, Repairs

As a Product Support Specialist, Repairs, you will troubleshoot Infusion Pump technical problems, diagnose, analyze, and repair products in a medical environment and hospitals. You will have knowledge of concepts related to systems, products, processes, and business practices to diagnose and remedy system issues, identify and coordinate basic system and device issues. This onsite position will be based in our Millcreek Rd, Mississauga, ON offices 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to external customers to resolve issues regarding proprietary software & hardware.
• Perform reactive/proactive preventive maintenance as assigned.
• Own service orders or ensure escalation processes are followed appropriately.
