Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities: - Involvement in vehicle navigation and project commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
- On-site hardware and software troubleshooting
- Work closely with the customer’s engineering team to provide technical consultation and on- and off-site support
- Advise customers/dealers for all warranty issues
- Conduct technical investigation and ensure prompt closure
- Review technical challenges and propose suitable technical solutions
- Liaise with factory central support team to address product support issues
- Provide technical training to dealers/customers
- Provide technical training to internal technical staff
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Education & Experience - Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering, or
- Diploma in Engineering field with 10 years of working experience
