Introduction

The Product Technical Support Engineer owns and drives technical expertise for Metso stirred mill technologies (HIGmill, VTM, SMD) with a strong focus on operational support and performance improvement at customer sites worldwide. The role combines technical leadership, customer-facing technical support, operational data analysis, and collaboration with engineering teams to improve reliability, availability, and product performance of installed equipment.
