Our product is complex, it sits at the intersection of hardware, software, animal behaviour, and real farm operations, and the people who represent it need to know it inside out. You'll lead our product training team and own that standard across our customer-facing roles at Halter.
You'll own product training across Support, Onboarding, and GTM globally, leading a team of Specialists to make it happen. That means a combined new starter programme for every Customer and GTM hire, competency frameworks and assessments that tell us whether people are actually ready, a seasonal training calendar, and ongoing education that keeps pace with a product that never stops evolving.
