**Job Title: Production Associate**

**Job Description**

This role supports a multi-faceted industrial coating operation by performing hands-on production tasks such as racking and unracking parts, masking components, performing mechanical cleaning, and assisting with final touch-up work. Production Associates ensure customer parts are prepared, finished, and handled safely and accurately according to work orders and technical instructions across both first and second shifts.

**Responsibilities**

+ Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to the work order and established procedures.
+ Visually inspect products prior to racking and promptly notify leadership of any non-conformances or defects.
+ Record required racking and unracking information accurately on work orders and related documentation.
