Join a large, modern manufacturing facility in the eastern Indianapolis area as a **Production Associate** . In this role, you will operate industrial machinery and support high-quality production on either 2nd or 3rd shift. You will work with multiple machines, utilize hand and power tools, and follow detailed quality and documentation procedures while completing a comprehensive, paid training program.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Safely and efficiently operate multiple industrial machines (typically up to four at a time).
