**Job Title: Production Associate**

**Job Description**

We are hiring Production Associates to support cleaning, coating removal, packaging, and metal recovery processes used in high-tech manufacturing. This is a hands-on role in a structured production environment working with materials used in semiconductor and microchip manufacturing.

This is a 6–8 month contract position with potential for permanent hire based on performance and attendance. First and second shift opportunities are available, including shift differential for second shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform cleaning, sandblasting, stripping, and packaging of metal components.
+ Load and unload materials throughout the production process.
