Job Description
- Assist in daily production planning and scheduling activities.
- Monitor work orders, production progress, and delivery schedules.
- Update production records, reports, and inventory data accurately.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Prepare and release job orders, production documents, and work instructions.
- Track material availability and coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse departments.
- Support shipment planning and delivery coordination.
- Maintain ERP system data and production documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Assist in stock count and inventory control activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering and QA departments for production support.
- Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, 5S, and company safety standards.
