Job Description

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of operations coordination experience in a production, manufacturing, or related environment.

+ Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, COUNTIFS, and VBA/macros.

+ Ability to work comfortably and accurately with financial data and numerical information.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

+ Experience working with ERP systems in a production or operations context.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate schedules, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

+ Comfort engaging with both office functions and production floor operations.

Work Environment
