Role Overview

We are partnered with a global engineering business in Chelmsford, Essex, developing advanced electronic systems used across aerospace, medical, and industrial applications. As production demand continues to grow, they are looking for a Production Engineer to support manufacturing, improve processes, and help transition new designs into stable, repeatable production.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and test activities, resolving technical issues on the line.
• Carry out fault finding and root cause analysis to improve product performance.
• Drive practical improvements to processes, cost, and manufacturability.
• Support new product introduction, making sure designs are ready for efficient, scalable build.
