Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Production Floor Lead for a fast-paced 3PL and warehouse operations client. This candidate will take ownership of daily floor operations, leading a team of 10–15 associates in pick, pack, and shipping functions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable using RF scanners and WMS systems, and experienced in shipping to major retailers such as Walmart, Macy’s, and Amazon. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to multitask across divisions, and a proactive mindset to train and develop team members.
