Production Lead

This position requires a person with strong leadership skills who is self-motivated and has a positive energized effect on others. This person will be a role model for safety, quality, 6S, and for taking ownership for delivering results. This position is a working cell leader who will be contributing at least 75 percent of time manufacturing product. Success will be measured by year after year improvements in safety, quality, on time delivery.
