**Your Key Responsibilities**

+ Ensure adherence to defined production standards, methods, and guidelines.
+ Oversee and manage all production operations for the assigned sub-segment or product to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
+ Apply production methods, guidelines, and procedures consistently to meet KPI targets.
+ Contribute to or manage the fine-scheduling and sequencing of production orders.
+ Confirm or approve production orders and allocate operational resources accordingly.
+ Ensure the availability and readiness of production infrastructure, including tools, maintenance services, and setup operations.
+ Propose procedural or organizational changes to drive improvements in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
