Introduction

Arla Foods Oswestry are looking for a proficient Production Line Leader to join the team on a permanent basis. As a Production Line Leader, you will play an integral part in the efficient running of the packing lines in our production area within a Cheese packaging site.

You will play an important role in ensuring the packaging lines run smoothly, ensuring products such as Castello, BOB and Arla Pro are packaged in a timely manner so they can be distributed to the all major UK retailers including Waitrose, M&S, Asda and Aldi.

These positions offer a clearly defined career pathway where employees are supported to develop their skills from entry-level production roles through to supervisory, technical, and management positions.
