Background:

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric and a Tertiary qualification in a Production Discipline
- Post-Matric Qualification in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, advantageous
- Minimum 7 years' relevant working experience on middle management level within a furniture manufacturing environment
- Proficient on MS Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel
- Syspro knowledge advantageous
- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
