Our Client is a successful Grower of Fruit, supplying the retail sector with an impressive quality of product. We now offer the opportunity to become a fundamental member of the business working as Production Manager to assist with the effective management of the busy packhouse.

Responsibilities

• Run the production on the floor of a very busy seasonal fruit packhouse, packing product to meet the needs of retail supermarket customer specifications.
• Manage the production runs & flows to ensure smooth operation of the lines.
• Meet production plans by managing line packers productivity.
• Plan the production runs for the day and communicate these with line leaders.
• Provide accurate yield information on packout and grade out.

Qualifications
