Good general knowledge of pump applications, fundamentals, operations and components High acumen for engineering concepts and mechanical engineering 5-10 years in a production environment overseeing the production facility from a design, planning and operating perspective. Exposed to business planning Product and material knowledge, metallurgy experience an advantage Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis Degree or equivalent in Engineering Project management Previous experience with ERP systems Key responsibility
