About the job Production Manager Permanent (Port Elizabeth)

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in plastics manufacturing to lead production operations. The role is responsible for managing production teams, ensuring product quality, meeting delivery deadlines, and driving efficiency across the plant.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in injection moulding machine setting and optimisation .
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role .
• Proven experience within a plastics manufacturing environment .
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint ; database and reporting experience beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Code 08 drivers licence.
