Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering. 5+ years' management experience in a high volume manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis Experience working with SAP ERP software (particularly modules for manufacturing such as SAP-PP, PP-PI, QM) CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), Knowledge of brazing, welding, or thermal insulation techniques. Experience with testing procedures for thermal systems (e.g., pressure tests, thermal cycling). Ability to read and interpret P&ID and thermal schematics. Fluent in Mandarin Responsibilities:
Direct the daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met on time, within budget, and according to specific technical requirements.
