This Position Requires the Following Skills and Attributes
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent experience in a manufacturing leadership role.Demonstrated experience managing or supporting production operations and manufacturing teams within a fast-paced production environment.Ability to troubleshoot production issues related to equipment, materials, and process performance.Familiarity with manufacturing performance metrics such as cycle time, scrap rates, yield, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies within a production or manufacturing environment.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and operational leadership skills.Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and production personnel across all levels ...
