Hire Resolve’s client in the Steel Manufacturing is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Production/ Operations Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
Develope and implement production schedules to ensure that production targets are met. Oversee the production process to ensure that it is running efficiently. Manage a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance. Work with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure that production runs smoothly and that there are no delays or issues. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that the end product meets the required standards.
