Production Operative (Temp to Perm) - Weyhill, Andover

Our client, a well established business based in Weyhill, Andover, is looking to recruit a Production Operative on a temp to perm basis. This is a hands‑on role supporting daily production and warehouse operations to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on time.

Pay & Hours

• 13.50 per hour
• Temp to perm
• Monday to Friday 7am-3pm

The Role - Key Responsibilities

• Picking, preparing and packing orders ready for despatch
• Operating within a production/warehouse environment to meet daily output targets
• Loading and unloading vehicles as required
• Assisting with goods-in and putting stock away (under supervision where required)
• Supporting stock checks and general stock control
• Bagging down bulk stock and completing kitting/re‑packing tasks
