EMS, Thin Metal Parts is seeking a dedicated and skilled efab operator to join our dynamic team. This position requires a keen attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Summary: Prepare and process electroplating equipment to produce parts for customers.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Operate cleaning and plating processes.

+ Process parts through the appropriate chemical baths, following run sheets.

+ Perform chemical additions as specified by lab.

+ Use a micrometer to measure parts, perform calculations and adjust process parameters.

+ In-process inspection of parts using naked eye and magnification.

+ Transfer of chemicals to and from electroforming/photo areas.

+ General maintenance of equipment and housecleaning of all areas.

+ Other duties as assigned.
