Position Overview
The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment and supporting end-to-end manufacturing processes, including raw material preparation, packaging, labeling, and product handling. This role ensures all activities are performed in compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. The position reports to the Production Manager/Supervisor.
Primary Responsibilities
Prepare and transport raw materials and packaging components to production areas
Operate processing equipment following defined procedures and work instructions
Monitor equipment performance to maintain target run rates
Perform initial product testing and release checks against specifications
Verify labels and packaging materials for accuracy and compliance
