Production Planner

Brooks Automation is a fast-paced technology company that works at the forefront of semiconductor robotics and automation solutions. We want an experienced Production Planner to join our team in Johor Bahru at our brand‑new manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Oracle MRP and similar applications multiple times weekly to assure timely responsiveness to changes in demand that trigger updated production planning.
• Attend and manage SIOP and R&O meetings for an individual product line(s).
• Create and release production orders in support of the above, ensuring completion dates, component and capacity availability, and other resource issues to support on‑time delivery to internal and external customers.
• Research and analyze root causes of late deliveries to drive improvement and proactively address future demand.
