What requirements you’ll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in production planning or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in HVAC, motors, or electronic components is preferred.

What you’ll be doing on the job

• Develop, maintain, and continuously update master production schedules (MPS) to meet customer demand and committed delivery timelines.
• Perform capacity planning to balance manpower, machines, and production lines, proactively identifying constraints and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate closely with Production to adjust schedules in response to priority changes, material shortages, or operational disruptions.
• Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) in SAP R/3 to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies.
