**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Coordinate with a cross functional team in your production area to ensure machine workload is balanced and appropriately distributed to maximize efficiency and output
- Communicate daily in production meetings with purchasing, tooling, quality, and operations staff to adjust schedules and accommodate changes in machine, material availability, or staffing
- Responsible for releasing daily work and making in-day adjustments to re-prioritize the production plan when challenges arise
- Monitor the performance indicators of the planning area, specifically production schedule adherence, to achieve the established goals
- Generate reports for monitoring critical production progress
- Participate in annual inventoryProvide recommendations on inventory strategies that will support opportunities and fluctuations in model/mix by product line
